1. You can book only Serbian
rentals at this website. To book
rentals in another countries please
go to www.nationalcar.com
or contact our reservation team
to do it for you.
2. To book online, you need to
allow 24 hours (within the opening
hours of the start branch) before
your rental can begin.
3. To be able to book:
• You have had a full driving
licence for at least 2 years (2
x 365 days).
• You have a Visa,
MasterCard, Diners or
any other major credit card accepted
in Serbia and Montenegro (There
are no Cash rentals)
• You are at least 21
Please note that larger engine
vehicles have a higher age limit
(from SDMR group of vehicle and
up the age minimum is 25). Where
this is the case, we have marked
the restrictions clearly within
the site. We ask you for your
date of birth in the online quote/booking
process and only the vehicles
you’re eligible for will be made
available for you to rent.
There's no limit to a Maximum
Age Policy and no Young Driver
Surcharge. The cardholder of the
card used to book must pick up
the vehicle, and must be a named
driver
4. Please note that you are choosing
the car group and not the exact
car type, the car shown on the
picture on the booking page is
just an example of the desired
car group.
5. What you need when you pick
up?
• a full driving licence
for all named drivers.
• if you’ve got the new
photocard licence, you also need
the paper counterpart.
• a credit card (one or
more depending the reserved car
group)
• identity card
• passport
6. You need to rent for at least
one day. If daily rate is exceeded
by more then 2 hours an additional
day will be charged.
7. The prices you’re offered
on this website are valid only
at the time of the quote and/or
the booking.
8. You can’t book a particular
model of vehicle – only a vehicle
group. If there’s no vehicle available
from that group, we reserve the
right to offer you a vehicle from
a higher group (but you’ll only
be charged for the group you asked
for).
9. We’ll send you a confirmation
email after you’ve send an inquiry,
with details of your booking and
reservation number.
