Charges

The charge we quote you includes: basic rental, unlimited mileage, any discounts, basic insurance (3rd party insurance, theft protection and damage waiver) and VAT.

At the start of the rental, we seek an authorisation for the expected cost of the rental and any other possible costs, including fuel and insurance. This reduces the available balance or credit on your card, but again, it isn’t charged to the card at this point.

For car groups from SDMR up, 2 credit cards are required as the guarantee of payment.

Additional insurance options are available and will be explained at your start branch.

When you pick up your vehicle, we’ll give you the option of reducing the damage excess you’re liable for by taking out our CDW+ damage waiver.

Fuel is at renter’s expense. Car is delivered and must be returned by
renter with full tank of fuel. If not returned with full tank, fuel + service
fee which is 35 EUR + V.A.T. (22%) will be charged.

Children seats
You can book a child’s seat online, and they are available for 15 EUR + VAT per rental.

When you pay?
You pay when the rental ends. We work out the total charges and only then is the sum charged against your card.
